We specialize in conducting high-stakes interviews, whether in the comfort of our subject’s office or catching them cold at their front door. We are well-trained and experienced in how to prepare – and how to connect.
05
Our clients include Fortune 500 companies, family offices, AmLaw 100 firms, and high-net-worth individuals. We also maintain a robust pro bono program for selected local causes.

03 — Selected Engagements
01
The CEO of a European family-owned conglomerate faced an anonymous extortion campaign tied to a longstanding family inheritance dispute. Working from details in the anonymized correspondence, we identified the extorter and conclusively linked him to an estranged family member. The client's counsel used our findings to force the withdrawal of all claims and to negotiate a final, comprehensive settlement.
02
A high-profile e-commerce company needed expedited diligence on ten retail partners featured in a forthcoming marketing campaign. Under a compressed timeline, we reviewed court records, press coverage and public social media activity for each partner and their principals. Two of the ten owners had criminal histories that made them unsuitable. The client adjusted accordingly and launched the campaign without incident.
03
A leading technology company preparing for an IPO discovered its general counsel had engaged in dozens of unlawful securities transactions. We uncovered evidence of significant financial pressures fueled by a gambling addiction and found he had taken an undisclosed ownership position with a competitor. The client used our findings to quietly remove the general counsel and preempt any counterclaim that would have brought the matter into public view.
04
A private club needed to identify the individual responsible for scrawling bigoted graffiti in the men’s locker room. We interviewed the members and staff on site that day and, through careful probing, identified the subject: a member’s guest who lied about his movements that day and exhibited social media behavior consistent with the vandalism. The club addressed the matter privately with the member, banned the guest, and was able to reassure membership that the incident was isolated.
05
A hotel ownership group discovered that the property manager had stolen $5 million and, when confronted, made off with the computers and hard drives they could have used to prove it. We conducted an extensive investigation and confirmed through eyewitnesses a pattern of kickbacks and invoice inflation. The client achieved a near-complete recovery and our findings eventually resulted in the subject’s incarceration.
06
A client with a private plane needed to prove that their municipal airport hangar lease was being cancelled to advance the interest of a local, politically-connected businessman. We found that the airport manager had an undisclosed business relationship with the executive and discovered evidence that he was also receiving kickbacks from fuel sales. Our client successfully used this information to halt the lease cancellation.
07
Attorneys in a high-stakes litigation needed to quickly serve a subpoena on one of the world’s most famous and heavily guarded celebrities. We found he was travelling in Israel and within 24 hours had a surveillance team following him for two days to meetings in Jerusalem and then to Tel Aviv, where he was served on the beach without incident.
